ART DIRECTION: Creative concept development. Conducted image search, managed image licensing and oversaw photo retouching. Provided creative feedback to creative agency and design firm. Coordinated internal sign-offs and on press during print runs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:  Developed creative brief; obtained bids and reviewed contracts. Sourced and managed outside partnerships with agencies, design firm, print vendors and mail house. Created a comprehensive production schedule, managed budget and creative assets. Coordinated list segmentation and personalized direct mail.

COPY WRITING: Collaborated with leadership to develop content strategy and copy.
